If you have attended a Hypnobirthing or Baby Massage Course, I look forward to seeing you at our weekly meet-up.

Each week we will 'check-in' to catch up on each others' news.

There will be time to relax and share our news. We will also discuss parenting topics brought up by the group.

Each week I will bring extra resources on different health and well-being subjects that the group has requested.
