Service Description

A free weekly meet-up for all Babymoon families. Every Thursday at 10.00 Humphreys Cafe, Highams Park, IG8 9RB Our group runs weekly because none of us are ever alone. We are meeting for hot drinks, smiles, support and information. We're just giving ourselves a break in the day to check-in and relax. There's also time to explore health and well-being and have some fun with each other and our babies. We are exploring topics like pelvic floor and abdominal health, night-time parenting, weaning and just staying sane during the pandemic and especially when there's a Lockdown. This is our space to share ideas and parenting strategies without competition or judgement. We're all just doing the best we can in these challenging times and supporting each others choices. There is time to decompress, take a breath, be a bit silly and share our lives. Themes for the sessions are gratefully received, please come and share your good ideas. Stay safe. Keep well.
