Here for you

To help you connect even more deeply with your baby.

This infant massage course will help you discover a wonderful way to soothe and communicate with your baby.

Although you can massage your baby at any age, I would recommend waiting until they are at least 6 weeks old before joining a baby massage course. This will give your baby time to adjust to life outside the womb and by 6 weeks they will be more likely to respond positively to the massage routines.

Baby massage helps babies with wind, colic and constipation. It also helps with lots of other things like better sleep patterns, growing pains, muscular tension, mind/body awareness, and feeling safe and secure.

Baby massage classes help parents to relax and enjoy their babies. You will connect even more deeply, build confidence in your parenting skills and have a lovely sociable experience.

This course will give you instruction and practise in how to give your baby an enjoyable whole-body massage. We will also explore other techniques for soothing a crying baby. For example resting hands and touch relaxation.

In addition I will give you important information about infant cues and behavioural states. This knowledge will help you better understand your baby's needs. We will also cover information on communication, early play and development.

Bring your questions and enjoy the opportunity to make friends and talk about topics that concern all new parents.

This baby massage course is fun and relaxing, giving busy parents some much needed 'time out.’

Come and enjoy the warm, friendly atmosphere.

Chloe and I thoroughly enjoyed the baby massage course. It was such a warm and

welcoming environment.

Chloe enjoyed the massage and loved seeing the other babies and all the singing!

I would definitely recommend this course to any new Mum as it is a great way to bond with your baby and learn new skills.

Kelly and Chloe

“Massaging your baby simply communicates love, releases tension and helps you better understand your baby's needs.
The fact that it is fun is a wonderful added benefit. ”
